STEALING MY MONEY

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I downloaded this app for the 7 day free trial and I deleted it within the 7 days. I followed the directions on the app to disable and followed the website directions. Here I am 4 months later having to argue with iTunes and argue with my bank because this stupid app kept charging me well after I had deleted and disabled my account from this app. This is the stupidest app I have ever found and I highly suggest you do not download it. I want my $80 back seeing as I didnt even USE the app. At that rate I should have almost one free guide.

Too pricey!

I know there isnt a price tag when it comes to your health, but apparently there is. Im just not comfortable paying $20 a month for this app. If the price came down a bit, I would sign back up. Ill stick to the PDFs.

Terrible customer service !!

Customer service refused to refund my money after cancelling subscription following 7 day free trial period. Definitely sketchy billing practice! Beware when you download app! Very dissatisfied !!

Possible Update!?

It would be SO helpful if the app would give us the option to look at previous workouts. Often times in the bbg process we want to go back and repeat legs from a previous week. Its a big disadvantage on the app that we ant do that. :( everything else is great!

Probably my best App

This app is so good, and is the only workout I have ever been able to stick with consistently. The app keeps me accountable with alarms for when to work out, allows me to track my water intake so I dont lose track, offers amazing workouts, has helpful meal suggestions, provides access to educational tools to understand what you are doing, and plugs you into a community of supportive women working together towards a common goal. Granted I havent had the app too long and cant comment on any technical glitches (I have not experienced any), but I can say this is probably the best, healthiest, and most productive app Ive ever downloaded.

Customer service

I decided to try out this app for the 21 day period. My iTunes subscription account said it had expired but I was charged the $20 anyway. When I contacted the company for a refund, they refused. This is one of those monthly subscriptions that lures you in, then charges you their monthly fees if you dont cancel in time. I detest their dishonest approach in getting a lousy $20. Poor form.

Content is great, but the app has serious flaws

I used my free week and was sent another deal for $1 for 3 weeks. I accepted this offer, knowing that my account would be charged at the end of the 3 week period if I did not cancel my account. I knew very well that I did not want to be charged the outrageous $19.99 for a month of this program when I already have the ebook version of the guide, so I cancelled my account through the app. The app said, "Were sad to see you go!" And I thought I was finished. Apparently not. The app doesnt also tell you that, in order to not be charged for a new month, you need to cancel your account through what you originally paid with (AKA PayPal for me). The app makes it seem like your membership has been cancelled and you will no longer be charged. That is not the case. I contacted customer support and they were very kind in telling me that I cannot get a refund and they had no record of me cancelling my account, but I can still use the app for the month I didnt want to pay for. I do not mean to bash the people working with customer service this app, because it is not their fault and the girl I talked to was very kind and I do believe she genuinely wished she could help. This needs to be clarified in the app, not just in the FAQ, so people no longer get charged for a membership they thought they cancelled. They should not have to read FAQ to find out that the big pink "CANCEL ACCOUNT" button actually does nothing of the sort. Use this app, as the workouts and meals are great, but be aware that there are flaws and know that you cant just click "cancel account" and actually cancel your account.

Annoying issue

Only problem I have with the app is that on the planner, sometimes it says I completed a cardio session on say, a Thursday, when its only Tuesday. This has happened a couple times now. And now, it says I completed all these workouts that are next week. Apparently it can tell the future. Hoping it clears those next week ones when I get to next week.

Not worth the money

I enjoyed the free trial but was not happy when I saw the unexpected charge on my bank account. Even worse I cant go back and see the workouts I had already paid for. $25 is a bit much for this app.

Best workout app and worth the extra $$

Ive tried nearly all the workout apps and this really is the best. The workouts are killer and I can do them anywhere with minimal equipment . The app is well organized and easy if not fun to use. The meal suggestions are easy and tasty and include a weekly grocery list!

Have the app app available to those who already owned BBG

I purchased the BBG over a year ago, love them. I actually downloaded them to my drop box after I printed them, just so I could have them on my I phone. I wish there was an app back then. I wish the app could be accessed if youve already purchased the guides. Maybe use the email address that you sent the guides to as the qualification to have the app? After already paying over $100 for the guides & meal plan, Im not willing to pay a monthly fee.

Unauthorized Subscription Plan

I saw a free app and so I thought thats what it would be...free! But apparently its a trial period and then it automatically charges a $19.99 subscription fee. Cancel it now!!! The app is not worth $20 a month. Scam to get your money. I would give it zero stars if I could. Shame on you Sweat with Kayla!

Major glitches

Im loving this app and its features, but the app itself is having terrible glitches. 1.pull up a menu cant exit 2. Constantly resets starting and current weight 3.days dont always refresh and update 4.reset whole week because couldnt exit 5. Progress picture still didnt line up despite their grid guide. I also wish that the recipes you could go back later because some of them are easier than the ones planed for you this week. Overall the workouts are great and I still suggest it, but the app needs a lot of tlc

Frustrating!

I like the timing workouts, but the ap has tons of glitches. The overall plan is foggy and hard to find cohesive answers. I was doing a "free" trial for 7 days and decided to opt out on day 6, but the ap kept crashing, so charged for it! I think it needs a great deal more work. Feeling robbed

Best workout app

Love this app! I always have a hard time of picking and choosing what workouts to do. And live in the middle of nowhere so its impossible to get a personal trainer. This is my personal trainer in my pocket! I love it!

Cool App - Needs Bug Fixes

Kaylas workouts are fantastic and its no secret people see results. As far as the app goes, the "my profile" section need work as the starting, current, and goal weights dont seem to save correctly. Also, as other have mentioned, when taking a progress photo the weight defaults to 250+ and you cant just type in a new number but have to use the +/- to get to your weight which means my pics all day Im 250+ when Im really 130. Also, one you finish a Resistance workout or LISS it just gives you the option to "share" rather than see the other workouts you have left.

Terrible!

The work outs were not original or interesting and the meals were awful and grocery list were astronomical! The app itself is confusing and makes it hard to change your subscription. Definitely not worth it for $20 a month. Dont get fooled into thinking your free trial is actually free, mine costs me $20..crazy I got charged even after I cancelled it. Biggest waste of money ever. Their customer service is even worse and not helpful. I HIGHLY recommend you dont download this app or try the "free trial" waste of time and money.

Nearly Perfect!

Im very happy with this app, the features it provides, and its overall functionality. Its easy to use, informative, and I love that all the information from the guides has been compiled. Its very intuitive, things are where you think they should be, and I LOVE the timer. (I was having to set an annoying timer on my phone before the app came out, but the app even has a "pause" button you can hit if you need a short break). There are a few options I wish it had, which is why I give it four stars instead of five. One) I wish the meal plan was an option to include. Kaylas nutrition plan is a little too varied for my taste and I dont like cooking more than once or twice a week. I use her app for meal ideas, but I already have her guides for that, so it seems a little needlessly expensive to pay for the meal plan when I dont necessarily use it. Two) I wish I could see the exercises from the resistance workouts Ive yet to complete AFTER Ive already done a resistance workout that day. I like to mentally prepare myself for the next day while Im in bed, but once youve done a resistance workout, you cant see whats in the next ones until the next day. I assume this is to prevent burnout or injury from over working yourself, but it would be nice to at least be able to see what was coming next if you dont always space your workouts two days apart. 3) There seems to be a little issue with the cardio section. Ive hit week 9 now, which is when HIIT and LISS should both be an option, but the cardio screen keeps switching from "cardio: three remaining this week" and showing LISS as the only option, to "cardio: four remaining this week" and showing HIIT and LISS. This morning at the gym when I wanted to HITT, I didnt have the option of selecting it, even after restarting the app, restarting my phone, and deleting the app and reinstalling it. So overall, this app incorporates Kaylas awesome program, which has helped me get stronger and leaner than I have been in YEARS, pretty well. Id absolutely recommend it to anyone who has her guides or who hasnt seen them before. Yay Kayla!

Beware of the free trial! Not intuitive to use!

I downloaded this to use the free trial, completely ready to subscribe if I enjoyed the week. However be ready to start immediately as the trial begins as soon as you set up the app. I wasnt able to use it for another week, but I had wanted to explore and prepare for any equipment I would need. Customer service told me too bad, they couldnt (or wouldnt) push my trial back a week. So I wasnt able to trial it and therefore the expense of it cant be justified. It was very frustrating and extremely poor customer service. Im glad I wouldnt have to deal with them if theres an issue when money is on the line. Aside from the trial, while browsing the app I did not find it intuitive to use at all. You cant check whats involved in each activity on the calendar without committing yourself to their suggested schedule. I dont know if that schedule works for me until I see what it is, and when youre new and dont know the icons, theres nothing to explain it. Also, you would think that you could access your daily workouts from the calendar, as it tells you today is legs, arms, etc. However you have to check that days workout and then go into a different section to find the list of exercises. Perhaps the benefit of using this outweighs the clunky format, but the customer service team didnt seem to think I deserved to find that out. After all the excellent reviews, Im really surprised and disappointed.

Great app!

Im on week 5 and I love it! The exercises and great and the meal plan too! The only thing that I would like to add to the meal plan is how many calories are on each suggested meal, apart from that I love it l!
