Beware of the free trial! Not intuitive to use!
I downloaded this to use the free trial, completely ready to subscribe if I enjoyed the week. However be ready to start immediately as the trial begins as soon as you set up the app. I wasnt able to use it for another week, but I had wanted to explore and prepare for any equipment I would need. Customer service told me too bad, they couldnt (or wouldnt) push my trial back a week. So I wasnt able to trial it and therefore the expense of it cant be justified. It was very frustrating and extremely poor customer service. Im glad I wouldnt have to deal with them if theres an issue when money is on the line.
Aside from the trial, while browsing the app I did not find it intuitive to use at all. You cant check whats involved in each activity on the calendar without committing yourself to their suggested schedule. I dont know if that schedule works for me until I see what it is, and when youre new and dont know the icons, theres nothing to explain it. Also, you would think that you could access your daily workouts from the calendar, as it tells you today is legs, arms, etc. However you have to check that days workout and then go into a different section to find the list of exercises.
Perhaps the benefit of using this outweighs the clunky format, but the customer service team didnt seem to think I deserved to find that out. After all the excellent reviews, Im really surprised and disappointed.
