Watch App Crashes and Phone App loses Data

Overall the program is totally worth the subscription, even though I travel for work and cant use the food planning. I believe the workouts are wonderful and having something to keep you accountable with progress photos is ideal. Ive taken 4 photos and updated them to the app, every time they somehow get removed. Thats fine I save them to my photos now instead. My biggest issue is that the Apple Watch app crashes every time I try to use it, and I lose all the data when I workout.

Too expensive

For someone who has the exact same program in iBooks, I would have liked this to be a little less expensive. I wont pay $5 a week for the convenience. Would be nice to have a better deal.

Love it! Better than a gym membership!

I love this because I can take this with me ANYWHERE! I can workout at home, at the park, at a friends house, etc. it is convenient and keeps me on a plan. Its challenging but thats a good thing! The only improvements I would recommend is that it keep a record of all your workouts and meals and water intake instead of starting new every week. Would also like to customize the meal plans as well.

What a scam

I made the mistake to start a trial just to check out this app. After cancelling on time through the app, I was charged a $19.99 fee. I emailed customer service who refuses to refund my money. The cancellation function on the app clearly doesnt work and this company doesnt have the decency to refund me. I do not recommend dealing with this company to anybody.

Phone app doesnt work

I love the BBG program but the past few updates have really affected my ability to do a workout from the phone app. Currently, the app wont progress from circuit 1 to circuit 2 so the workouts send you to cool down too early and you dont get credit for the workout. Its disappointing to say the least because it used to work great. On a side note: the app works great from Apple Watch and is my only saving grace to complete workouts. You definitely need to hotfix the circuit progression issue.

Its worth it... for me.

I have tried a few different workout routines. Ive tried the "Tone It Up" program, Ive tried the "fitgirlsguide" program but they didnt really work for me. So I said whatever Ill give this one a go. Im on week 3 and Ive already noticed a change in my body. Im average build and a little puffy, but have always ate decently. It was my workouts that really brought me down. Im not saying that this is going to be it for you the one that really changes you, but it was for me. I couldnt be happier! The app itself needs a little improvement. The planner is frustrating and the information section could use an update, but the workout section is perfect which is what I need it for!

Need Sound Notification when Circuits Start!

I love the program, but you REALLY need a sound notification when new Circuits start! Theres a buzzer sound when each circuit ends, so why not have a sound when a new circuit begins? We only get 30 second breaks, so Id rather use that time catching my breath rather than staring at my phone to make sure I dont over extend my breaks.

I wish I would have known before I signed up that I would have to pay and I didnt even see a delete option. I didnt waste my time to try the 7wk trail

App needs work workouts are awesome!!

If the app didnt need any work Id give it 5 stars for the workout and meal plans!! However the progress pictures part of the app is super frustrating!! It has deleted my progress several times which makes it frustrating to try to log my progress. Dont get my wrong Id love this feature if it worked. However, it deletes my pictures and makes it impossible to change my weight during the progress photo. When you try to add or subtract weight from what it is currently telling you, you weigh it doubles your weight every time you press a plus or minus button. So I just end up giving up!

Too expensive

This a nice app, but for $20 a month, I dont think its worth it. Everything thats included in this app, you can find on Pinterest or Google. So its definitely not worth $20 a MONTH for an APP that suggests exercises. Try lowering the price to at least $5 a month to make it more accessible to everyday people.

New user

I am a newbie to Kayla and I love the workouts but the app needs work. The workouts should have a short video of the exercises rather than just pictures. You should be able to go back and view previous circuits. You should be able to access the schedule for next week so we can plan ahead! Even if its just a day or two...because its Sunday night and I cant look at what is happening and plan for tomorrow! Also, I wish there was more of a community on the app like there is on Instagram:(

Waste of time!

I think that the concept is cool, but its WAY to expensive!!! 20$ a month?? No thanks! Id recommend finding something FREE and trying that

Change back progress pics!

The app overall is great, but some of the recent updates are problematic: 1. Default weight in "progress" is 401 lbs, and will only increase regardless of which button you press! 2. Instead of the easy eyes-knees line to align progress photos, there is now a grossly unrealistic silhouette that is difficult to align to. The difficulty is annoying, but whats worse is that it perpetuates an "ideal" body image that is unrealistic and unhealthy. Switch back. 2b. The new photos do not align with old photos, so you cant use the otherwise awesome sliding tool. 3. The menu dropdown is cute, but takes too long 4. The dates in the planner still do not update with the week. Things that are great/suggestions: 1. Love the round tracker for circuits, but is there a way to document these with the planner so we can track our improvements? I currently record my circuit stats in a separate note taking app, and it would be great to have that integration. 2. Split screen view is very helpful! 3. Menu options are great, but it would be better if there were a way to meal plan in the app. There is no way I am cooking a different breakfast lunch and dinner every day, but Id like to use the shopping cart app. 4. 3D Touch enabling is very useful!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE MODEL

If I could give this app 0 stars, I would. This app is a poor reflection of her business model and overall brand. I honestly feel like Ive been robbed blindly and tricked into something that was simply a purchase error. DO NOT DOWNLOAD IF YOURE ONLY INTERESTED IN BROWSING. THEIR SUBSCRIPTION PROCESS IS VERY VAUGE AND WILL KEEP CHARGING YOU EVEN IF YOU NO LONGER HAVE THE APP.

Scam

Beware of this tricky apps!!! Ive never used it n never even started my workout. They already deducted twice in my bank account! No customers number and no matter how many email Ive sent to them! They had NEVER respond me once but kept taking my advantage of my money!!!

Great app for workouts but...

So many bugs and glitches, it is annoying considering the price of the subscription! Impossible to enter the right weight, calendar keeps the same dates from one week to another. Impossible to remove progress pics, etc... The list is long! Please fix and give us an update! We pay for it! Workouts are great as usual and the convenience of having them in your phone instead of in a pdf is good. Food recipes are good but pretty basic... Could improve... Overall 3 stars because of all the bugs considering the price.

WAIT A MINUTE ....????!!!!

So Im trying to figure out why we cant access our account after our full 12 weeks have completed ? And why we have to repay if we wanted to redo the same program ? Or if we missed a week and we are unable to do it . Nahhhhhhh . I think thats a bit unfair !

Shocking Price

I love BBG. A lot. However, $19.99 per month?!? Thats more than my gym membership. $240 a year for an app?? Wow. Not worth it.

Too much $$

To keep things short and sweet, I was really disappointed by the high price and the fact you are forced to buy a subscription membership. Deleting the app and sticking to the PDF on my phone, a free health and fitness app to keep track of workouts and Pinterest for meal planning. Only highlight I see from the app is having everything in one place. Easy solution, pull all your fitness related apps on to one "folder" and WA-LA problem solved without having to pay $20 a month!

I love it!

Ive been on and off working out for 3 years and I finally found something I love! This app keeps be motivated and wanting to workout everyday! Im starting week 8 today and Ive already lost 5 pounds! Thank you Kayla!!!
