The app overall is great, but some of the recent updates are problematic:
1. Default weight in "progress" is 401 lbs, and will only increase regardless of which button you press!
2. Instead of the easy eyes-knees line to align progress photos, there is now a grossly unrealistic silhouette that is difficult to align to. The difficulty is annoying, but whats worse is that it perpetuates an "ideal" body image that is unrealistic and unhealthy. Switch back.
2b. The new photos do not align with old photos, so you cant use the otherwise awesome sliding tool.
3. The menu dropdown is cute, but takes too long
4. The dates in the planner still do not update with the week.
Things that are great/suggestions:
1. Love the round tracker for circuits, but is there a way to document these with the planner so we can track our improvements? I currently record my circuit stats in a separate note taking app, and it would be great to have that integration.
2. Split screen view is very helpful!
3. Menu options are great, but it would be better if there were a way to meal plan in the app. There is no way I am cooking a different breakfast lunch and dinner every day, but Id like to use the shopping cart app.
4. 3D Touch enabling is very useful!
