App Not Working on Apple Watch

I love the app on my phone; however, its still not showing up on my Apple Watch. Was really excited about this update, so I wish it would work!

I wanted to love this app!

I really did! I love the BBG program and thought this app would really facilitate the program but it really did not offer much more than the hard copy program I already have. The app was also really buggy!! So many funky little glitches that wouldnt have bothered me had the price tag not been so high!! $20 a month is a lot!! I definitely didnt feel it was worth the price. Especially considering that I dont follow the nutrition plan. This app really didnt offer anything that I dont already have. Sorry to say I was totally disappointed :(

Getting stronger, little by little

Im 11 weeks in and while I havent dropped pounds yet, but thats probably because I only need to loose 5-7 points. I can feel how much stronger I am by the fact that I can do exercises that I was literally not able to do at the start. I couldnt even do one push up at the start and now Im doing sets of 15 multiple times in 7 minutes!

Keeps me accountable!

I love the new update! This app reminds me to workout and has a lot of helpful information in the Education section. The only other thing Id like to see is a .gif of some of the foam rolling moves because some of them I just dont quite get

Freezes, loses progress, no way to log workouts manually, no music options, current weight function resets to 291, diet portion is laugh-worthy and no way to track without sharing on social media.

Still so many bugs & not a great app but love workouts

I want to rate this app well, because I enjoy the workouts but the app is horrific considering the cost. It quits, it cant run all the timers in the background, and it just doesnt quite meet my expectations for $20/mo. I keep using it because Im fully sucked in to the workouts (because I really like them) but I feel cheated. This app update has had a few improvements -- it doesnt quite as often and some nice asthmatic changes, but the basics are still not quite there. Hoping for it to become stellar!

Real motivator

I love the app! I havent had any issues. I can see a huge difference at 4 weeks. I like the timer in the workouts and feel like the exercises are easy to do in your own home.

Best Spontaneous Purchase Ive Ever Made

Week 5 and Im still in awe. The way that they give you a meal schedule, detailed recipes, and a shopping list just kicks my experience out of the ball park. I LOVE IT. All of the workouts are timely scheduled and really get the whole body worked right. The 20 bucks are totally worth it. People spend that and much more on a membership at a local gym with no idea how to actually function while theyre there. SWK is versatile. Heck, you can even take SWK to the gym if you really wanted to! So incredibly helpful to have an organized work out session already planned out for me. All I have to do is click! Stress free.

Way too expensive

Its a nice app but the price of $20 a month is ridiculous! Inmediately canceled my subscription after the free trial. Its anice to have, not a need to have... I would buy it for a one-time fee or $1-$5 a month, def not $20 a month!!

If you already have the BBG ebooks then this app is a waste of money. Its basically just the BBG ebooks in an app. I was hoping I would be able to use it to track my foods, like in the Under Armour My Fitness Pal app. I really think thats what this app needs to be successful and worth the high price. Also, you cant do your workout without your phone or it wont count it. Sometimes I did LISS but couldnt track it because I didnt have my phone with me when I did it. I love BBG and Kayla but the app needs some updates and improvements.

Love this program - App is buggy

No complaints with the workout routine. Im grateful for her program, its made me implement healthier lifestyle habits. But this app bugs in it. It shuts down in the middle of your workout so you either lose your running time or have to restart your resistance training when youre half way through getting your sweat on- very annoying! Also when I upload my weight it says Im 300+ lbs, Im not Im 140. Ive tried changing it in settings multiple times but it always reverts back.

Was concerned because of some reviews, but purchased anyway. Very happy with program and app design/user experience.

BEWARE OF COST!!!

Ive been using this program for about 6 months... this app charges you $60 every 12 weeks! I also purchased the PDF documents of the program, which is a one-time purchase, so I dont know why this app (which has the same exact content), charges you $60 every 3 months!! Dont get me wrong, I love the program, but the recurring charge for the app seems unjustified when you can literally print out the program for a one-time fee, and use it over and over again! Seriously... Id love my money back. Thats my ONLY complaint... except for getting some kind of sound notification when a new circuit STARTS. We only get 30 second breaks, so Id rather not stare at my phone the entire time to know when the next circuit is about to begin.

Almost perfect.

I love Kayla and her workouts. I am happy with the phone app. It has great recipes. Motivation and tools. I do wish the watch and the phone would sinc during a workout. I wish the watch app would calculate your calorie burn based on what the exercise is and where your heart rate is. I absolutely recommend this app.

BBG all day

This is the only workout app I have used but it is definitely the best. Ive been doing kaylas workout for about 14 week now and have seen AMAZING results. I highly recommend this. The recipes are awesome as well!!

Nutrition

I wish there was an area where you could opt out of certain foods. Especially grains in particular or high carb food with sugars. I have ibs so grains and sugars make me very sick.
