Motivation at your fingertips

Love this app! This is an essential guide to improving your health and fitness! Its easy to access, its simple to understand and its the key to a better lifestyle! This app holds your hand through every stage of your fitness which is especially beneficial for beginners!

Once 3 months is up the app expires

I try to do the work outs as much as I can at my own pace. Yes, I was behind a couple weeks, but I was going at my own pace just fine. Well once my 3 month subscription was up I got locked out of the app and can no longer use it unless I pay another 3 months. Come on Kayla everyone goes at a different pace. Not everyone has time to do workouts everyday.

Great workouts, bad intentions

I love the idea behind the Kayla Itsines app, but the fact that I got charged for two additional months after I had already cancelled is absurd to me. The customer service rep said sorry, I cant give you a refund but you can continue to use the app until the end of the billing cycle! Great, no thanks. If you dont mind getting ripped off, this app is the perfect choice for you. If you want to get a good workout in but not pay an arm and a leg for it, I would suggest using her guides. MUCH better in my opinion and you have something to keep.

Expensive and lots of bugs

I would continue the subscription if it was cheaper like $5 per month. I rather my pdf than paying $20 per month. I hope she consider bringing the price down cuz I like the whole concept of tracking my workout on the app though it still doesnt. It resets from one week to next so you cant see how many workouts you finished in the past weeks.

Just good...not great

I really like the workouts and think the app is pretty easy to use. I love that her workouts are 28 min. I go to the gym on my lunch break so this was perfect for me. Some things that I dont like: 1) the LISS and HITT workouts have to be tracked by you wearing your phone to track your steps. I have an iPhone 6+ and use a treadmill at the gym so Im not wearing my phone (besides it would be too big to wear comfortably). I realized after my first LISS workout that it didnt track one step because my phone was propped up on the treadmill. I dont care about steps but rather the completion of the workout (personally). 2) The food sounds good but it isnt practical for feeding a family. If it were just me Id give it a try but Im not using the meal plan currently. We do eat very healthy so I dont think that would be an issue in seeing results. 3) As others have pointed out, there are some quirks. Sometimes the app doesnt mark off a workout you have completed. Also, seeing your progress over the weeks would be nice. Overall, Im enjoying the 28 min workouts but thats about it. Not sure its worth the $$.

you have to buy it...

i got really excited that i found a quality app that was free but i signed up and got to a part where you actually do have to pay for it. sorry, not worth my money. i just want a good app for free. i cant afford to pay for an app... oh well...

Stop charging me please

I have done everything to cancel my subscription to this app (I.e. Changed my settings, emailed the website, complained to Apple) and I keep still getting charged. Please stop.

Charged after cancelling

Another workout model trying to make money; cancelled before the month and still charged ...annoying

Love it!

So convenient and easy to use. Love not even thinking about my meals.

Pretty good, some bugs

I am overall ok with this app. The only bug Ive run into so far is the goal weight. You pick a number, but it displays 1-2lbs less than that. So I pick 1-2lbs higher. Still doesnt work. Some numbers stick and some dont. I can get it within 1 lbs of my goal so whatever. I wish the dashboard with you plan for the week was more upfront and accessible with less clicks.

Not worth $60

The app is completely free but dont be fooled there is nothing free about this app. I would love to join this movement but being a college student I dont have the money to pay to learn exercises. I found all her exercises for free at home on Pinterest and such and saved myself $60.

Overall excellent workout app; with some bugs

Kayla is the king of fitness. Overall and excellent tool for planning, tracking, and motivating workouts. There are some kinks to be ironed out which Im sure will be improved. The meal plan is OK for singles but not practical for couples or a family.

AMAZING

I love this app. Food plans, workouts, education... It has it all! Three days in and I am sore as hell, but already feeling sexier and stronger!

Dont Do it

Dont sign up for anything its way over priced these workouts are elementary, unless you have money to burn. If you get sucked into the free trial make sure you go onto kaylas website itself and turn off auto renewal - I did this through my apple app account and she still charged me. It was deceptive and they know what their doing to rip people off.

Amazing!! Game changer.

I love this app - totally worth the cost and I usually never pay for apps. I recommend it to all my friends!! Best decision ever!

Sneaky, dishonest Operation

All respect lost. Turned off my "subscription" and was still somehow charged $20. Despicable - you should be ashamed of this scam Kayla. F U.

I love this app!

This app is so motivating!

My arms hurt

Great workouts, love the app. Only 4 stars because of the inability to go back to workouts.

Fabulous

I just wrote her on instagram saying how amazing and easy this was. I am beyond impressed.

Love To Sweat!

Love how easy this app is! It provides the education you need to be successful in her workouts/meal plans. She also provides a stop watch in the app which makes it simple to use! Thank you Kayla!
