Getting stronger, little by little
Im 11 weeks in and while I havent dropped pounds yet, but thats probably because I only need to loose 5-7 points. I can feel how much stronger I am by the fact that I can do exercises that I was literally not able to do at the start. I couldnt even do one push up at the start and now Im doing sets of 15 multiple times in 7 minutes!
