Im a mom and an entrepreneur. This has the structure I need with enough flexibility to make it work, and the fact that I can do all my workouts at home on a lunch break or when my kid is in bed with very little to no equipment, makes it possible. The BBG Community is incredibly motivating and provides accountability. Wish Id downloaded earlier -- Id be three weeks ahead of where I am now. After completing 1 week, I see a difference in my midsection and legs and I feel stronger. The workouts are no joke. The only thing I would add is more direction on adapting exercises that you arent able to do without losing form. I know enough to do it on my own but direction would be good. Overall, I recommend this if youre someone who needs the structure and motivation of a strong program.
