Worth every penny!
I lost 2.6 pounds in the first week, Im feeling amazing, and Im sooo sore. I love having the food guide because theyre great recipes and easy to make. People need to stop complaining and giving this bad ratings just because of the price, whatd you expect? Great program, its hard work but I defiantly recommend it
