People pay for their obsession with Kayla
The exercises and meal plans are same as you can find anywhere else on the Internet (for free), but the fee is quite high. The app doesnt offer any customization for you (apart from vegan options).
Meal plan was the same week after week, same for exercises (at least in the first month).
I understand that they probably get updated once a month and get harder / more intensive, but value of the app is lower than the money you pay.
My genuine impression is that people pay extra for their obsession with Kayla. I personally felt ripped.
